I've known and used WD for a long time. I can't even remember how many years ago their first hard drive appeared. I bought new ones as needed to expand capacity. Now I have one that's a terabyte. Completely satisfied with the speed. It works quickly and quietly. The price-to-volume ratio is excellent. not yet. I hope there won't be.  Georgiy: use WD Caviar Blue few months |
When idling, sometimes there's a knock and grind, and when copying files, the noise significantly increases, and the vibration is very noticeable, even the desk shakes a bit. When testing with the HDTune program for noise levels, the system was shaking and rattling so much that I got scared for the hard drive. It also heats up more, and its read-write speed is worse than that of the WD500 drive from the same blue series. Not found It makes a lot of noise and vibrates. Veniamin: use WD Caviar Blue month or more i recommend it don't buy |
