The design and firmware of the WD Ultrastar DC HC310 3.5″ HUS726T4TALE6L4 hard drive is optimized for 24/7 operation in multi-disk arrays.

This drive is equipped with real-time monitoring and correction of linear and angular vibration. I've been using this HDD for about 2 years. No complaints. The only issue is that under heavy load, it starts to make a bit of a grinding noise and emit unpleasant sounds.
