Neo
The Zalman Z7 Neo is a discreetly beautiful and relatively compact ATX case that stands out with two tinted glass panels, four fans with customizable and synchronized lighting, and a white motherboard tray. The case is compatible with high tower coolers, long video cards, liquid cooling systems (up to 360 mm) and allows you to assemble a top-end gaming system inside.
Light up the lights
The transparent front panel of the Zalman Z7 Neo opens up to 3 installed coolers with RGB lighting, which at maximum speed turn into sort of fiery circles. A special button on the front panel is provided to control the illumination parameters. At your disposal are four modes of operation and seven different colours. If desired, you can synchronize their work with the motherboard, if it supports this feature.
4 installed coolers
Another backlit cooler is hidden in the rear part, that is, a rather serious cooling system of 4 coolers is already installed in the case out of the box, which requires minimal configuration. Apparently, this was the calculation of the engineers. After all, if you start rebuilding everything yourself, it turns out that the location of the fans here is not the most thoughtful: little air is supplied to the front ones from the side slots, and only one cooler is installed for blowing. Therefore, we recommend delicately overclocking components in this case. This is the main and in fact the only drawback of this case.
Little things decide
The internal layout allows you to install a maximum of four drives, long video cards, most processor coolers, two additional fans or CBOs. 2 drive bays are placed in a separate movable basket, which, if necessary, can be removed and make room for a large power supply. Other pluses include a large viewing window on the side, high anti-slip feet, two good dust filters with magnetic latches and hidden compartments for cable management.
