model with serious flaws

Bought at the REDPRICE store

They sent it with an already torn box, when I opened it, I realized that I made a mistake when ordering and ordered a 200mm cooler instead of a 120mm one. I don't need it, nowhere to install it. I immediately contacted support, everything seemed fine, no problems. Then they asked to send photos of the boxes via Viber. I sent them, they said they wouldn't accept it back because the box is damaged. Just like that, I do not recommend this store.
