Paper size

The format that determines the size of the sheet in the diary and, accordingly, its dimensions in length and width. Here, the standard clerical designation through "A" with a number is traditionally used. There are such options:

A4. A format known as the "standard landscape sheet"; the actual dimensions are 297x210 mm. It is widely used in modern workflow, but is very rarely used in diaries: the product turns out to be rather bulky, it is impossible to carry it in your pocket or in a small purse. As a result, models of this format are rather an exception, designed for those who are primarily critical of ample space for recordings.

A5. The size is “half of landscape sheet” (standard A4 sheet), specific dimensions are 210x148 mm. A5 is the largest size in common use today — in fact, it is the largest sheet size while the item is still reasonably portable. You should pay attention to such models if a large amount of space on the sheet is more important to you than compact size.

A6. The format corresponding to a quarter sheet of A4 has dimensions of 148x105 mm (for comparison: this almost corresponds to the size of a standard photo, 10x15 cm). Much more compact than A5, however, the sheet size is half as large. These models will come in handy if you need a diary of small size, as convenient as possible to carry.

Binder Diameter

Diameter of organizer's ring binders (see "Product Type"). In fact, it determines "capacity" — the total thickness of the modules that can be placed inside at one time: the size of the rings approximately corresponds to the working distance between the cover pages. This parameter can be referred as secondary; at the same time, it allows you to evaluate the capacity to a certain extent and compare different models with each other.
