Pair of signature drum sticks with oval nylon tips that were designed by progressive drummer Mike Portnoy (Dream Theatre). Each stick features long, narrow taper which provides a fast and responsive feel. Sticks are made from American hickory, which is the most popular wood choice for drumsticks due to its resilience, responsiveness, durability and classic feel. This stick was developed by ProMark in collaboration with jazz legend Bill Bruford. Made of Maple this is a lightweight stick with an extremely long taper that elicits phenomenal response from the drum head. The barrel tip provides excellent articulation on the ride cymbal.
