They are designed to drill and countersink simultaneously, a wide variety of materials. Supplied with a HSS slow spiral drill bit. Fully adjustable, a hex key is supplied. The TCT version is used for plywood, particle boards and plastics (abrasive). Use at drilling speeds only. Not suitable for ferrous or non ferrous metals. Please ensure drill flutes are aligned with flutes of countersink.

Trend Two Flute Straight Cutters produce a cleaner finish than single flute cutters. Suitable for grooving, rebating, morticing, drilling and shallow lateral routing cuts such as recessing hinges. Corners will require a final trimming square with a hand chisel or a corner chisel. Suitable for abrasive materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods and hard plastics.

342 Biscuit jointer set enables biscuit jointing with timber, man-made fibre and particle board with the router. The set includes three sizes of bearing to suit biscuits available. The correct choice of bearing for the biscuit being used will ensure the correct depth of cut. A step washer is supplied for use with bearings Ref B15, and B23.
