It’s the one to use when conditions are poor in terms of wind and light. As with our other Heavy Base sticks, the best way to shot the new Hybrid sticks is with small shots (No8s or No6s) spread equally from just under the bottom of the float stem to within 10″ of the hook. Done this way, the casting process is easy and tangle free and it’s possible to fish a long way out. With practice, overhead casting will give even more distance.
