Specially designed for long distance fishing, the line is mounted at the bottom, which improves the accuracy of hitting in crosswind conditions. The unique shape of the probe means that the inside of the cage is completely smooth all the way to the bottom of the probe, which helps tremendously in releasing the bait into the swim during retrieve and prevents the bait from fouling the bottom of the feeder. This allows the bait to be released easily and also forces the feeder towards the surface when retrieving, keeping your platform away from snags. This is impossible with traditional cage feeders. Its design allows you to catch fish at any depth they swim. This method is extremely effective for modern carp fishing in commercial fisheries. A floating device attached to the bottom of the cage replaces the weight. It features a small opening closed off by a cap that allows you to balance the body with weights for a slow or fast descent.
