How to Use: Rainbow Henna can be applied to wet or dry hair, but make sure your hair is clean and free of hair spray, gel, or conditioner. To shampoo first, towel dry your hair before applying. Place Rainbow Henna in a glass or plastic bowl. Please use enough powder to cover the area to be applied. *Do not use metal bowls or utensils*Bring 8 to 16 oz of liquid (water, coffee, tea) to a boil. Slowly pour in the liquid and mix thoroughly with a wooden or plastic spoon until it has a creamy yogurt-like consistency. If the mixture becomes too thick or thickens during application, you can add more liquid. You do not need to use all of the prepared liquid to achieve the correct texture. For gray hair, mix the powder with coffee or tea and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. *See below for detailed instructions to achieve the desired results.
