Product usage: For adult males, take 2 tablets daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Consult your doctor if you are taking any supplements or medications. Other ingredients included: cellulose, stearic acid, silica, starch, cellulose and glycerin coating, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, natural vanilla flavor, sodium alginate, acacia gum, vegetable glaze. Note: This is a men’s product. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have diabetes, have low blood sugar, are taking medications (especially anticoagulants, blood thinners), have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery, consult your doctor before taking this product.
