The Evans Onyx Drum Head 20 is a two-ply head featuring 7.5mil films offering extended durability and natural muffling. The frost coating that appears matte black increases low-end response and attack accentuating the resonance of the shell and cutting through mixes. With Evans Level 360 Technology you can play on all parts of the head creating new timbral choices previously unavailable. The vertically enhanced collar design guarantees even contact with the shells bearing edge maximising resonance through the head and to the shell to produce a rounded full-bodied tone.Black finish looks sleek and professional in all settings going great with a wide variety of finishes.
