To regulate this however an internal overtone control ring curbs the amount of resonance and enhances the thud - more punch. The lack of a port means you get more rebound from the beater a warmer tone with less-high end and a more pronounced low-end.Evans heads come with Level 360 Technology creating a tighter fit with the shell of a drum and wider tuning range that extends past the norms..
