PENN Squadron III Travel Saltwater Spin Spinning Fishing Spinning

The ideal travel rods for saltwater spinning thanks to their high modulus, 24T carbon, four-piece blanks. They have just the right balance of sensitivity and backbone.
Equipped with saltwater-resistant components, including solid and durable guides and ergonomically shaped, high-density EVA handle grips, give you a secure hold in all conditions.
The handle length of these travel rods is the same as the regular Penn boat rods, but the rest of the blank has been converted into three pieces so it can easily fit inside a suitcase.
The slim blanks are perfect for casting lures and spinners from the rocks or off piers and harbours while on holiday. Ideal size to fish for a range of fish, including Sea Bass, Pollack, and warm water fish.
There are three versions in the Squadron 3 travel range with casting weights: 12-20lb, 20-30lb, and 30-50lb, so a rod is suitable for almost every boat fishing situation. There is also a 15-40g spin version for lighter inshore fishing.
