This officially licensed Women's Mary Poppins Blue Coat Costume is practically perfect in every way! The one-piece dress is styled to look like a skirt and blouse set so that you can dress as efficiently and precisely as you do everything else. The top half features a lace-edged collar with an attached red velvet bow, long sleeves, front buttons, and white piping. The piping continues down the front of the skirt portion, which ends just above the ankles. White, wrist-length satin gloves look demure and proper, while the black foam hat is whimsically decorated with fabric daisies and bright plastic cherries.
