MarineWeld is a specially formulated two-component epoxy cold welding system that enables strong, durable repairs for joining different or similar surfaces such as metal, composites, fiberglass and others. MarineWeld cures in 4-6 hours at room temperature and is fully cured to a dark gray color in 15-24 hours. Once cured, it can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled, retaining its strength above or below the surface of the water. MarineWeld has a mixing ratio of 1:1 and a tensile strength of 353 kg/cm² (5020 PSI). Instructions:PREPARE: Clean the repair site of dirt, grease, oil, paint, rust, etc. MISCHEN: Press equal parts from each tube onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly. APPLY: Apply with a suitable tool in an even layer, as needed as a welding bead or in extruded form.DRYING: Cures in 4-6 hours. Cures in 15-24 hours. Wait 4-6 hours before handling and at least 15 hours before reusing the object.* For best results, first clean the surface with a detergent or degreaser, then roughen the surface with a file or coarse sandpaper for the best repair.
