A measuring cup is included. Take with food several hours before or after taking other medications or supplements. Adults (pregnant and breastfeeding women) and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) twice daily. Adolescents and children (4 to 13 years old): Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) once a day.
