The Scanpan Classic Induction 28cm saute pan with lid features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The 28cm saute pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The saute pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C.
