Product Directions: Syrup Directions: Using only clean utensils, place all contents of packet and 4 cups (32 fl oz) of water in a small, vented saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. .Turn off the heat and leave to cool with the lid on. After cooling, place a fine sieve over a large measuring cup (32oz) and pour it out completely. Using a flexible spatula, strain the remaining liquid from the mixture by pressing it through a sieve. Measure the amount of liquid strained and add an equal amount of honey, stirring until completely combined. Place in a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Directions for use: Take 1 to 3 teaspoons per day. When taking it in tea, add 1 to 3 teaspoons to the tea and stir.
