This officially-licensed Poppy Costume from Trolls World Tour is Made By Us, which means it was designed by our in-house creative team. The featured blue dress looks like it's straight from the Dreamworks film. It has a flared skirt with a petal hemline and metallic flower icons and scattered sparkles. A ruffled blue petticoat adds extra twirl-factor, perfect for those impromptu dance numbers. The bodice of the dress has a subtle illusion neckline with sheer sleeves fitting over your shoulders and a sparkly strap over one shoulder. It secures up the back with hook and loop fasteners to make your costume changes nice and easy. Topped off with a pink wig with ears attached, this costume is ready to spread your Poppy style brand of fun!
