The tubeless-ready Maxtal alloy rim offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, and its 30mm, disc-specific profile balances aerodynamics and handling so it can be used confidently in any weather conditions. With an internal width of 19mm, it can be used with tyres between 25mm and 32mm, so will work well with many modern bikes. The rear hub has Mavic’s Instant Drive 360 freewheel for quick engagement and durability whilst both hubs benefit from QRM Auto bearing preload technology whereby the preload adjust automatically for smooth running bearings with no play in them. 24 bladed spokes per wheel and steel nipples finish off the build.
