This helmet has a RaceView orientation with ProTint photochromatic shield with Panovision Class 1 optics. The Race Star Flex DLX is sold with Clear Flat shield included, Dark Smoke Flat shield also included - Pinlock ready with tear-off posts.This Helmet has a Flex energy management interior lining. This technology has progressive latering, which is a first-of-its-kind impact liner designed to manage energy from three potential impact scenarios: low, mid and high-speed (Low Speed 3m/per second, Mid-Speed 5m/per second and High-Speed 7.75m/per second). This protection technology has a segmented construction, automatically conforming to a rider s head for a better fit and more predictable energy management. There is a slip zone within the impact liner allows for subtle movement between the inner layers and works to reduce rotational energy transfer from angular impacts.
