The G4 has a character changing gain section labelled Aggression. You can scoop up modern heavy tones on top of the open old school vibe. Thats what sits at the soul of this box - its an aggressive but dynamic unit. The EQ is powerful - giving huge tonal sculpting options that go far beyond its initial sound. With the two aggression modes you get a blue channel that adds drive and bite to the treble and a red channel that is very extreme. Adding more gain bass and bite whilst further dipping the midrange - giving a huge aggressive tone.
