The boost side gives you quick control over level and overall brightness helping you match guitars lift solos tighten high-gain amps or add clarity before the rest of your signal chain. Its Tilt EQ is roughly neutral around 2 oclock with clockwise and counter-clockwise moves reshaping bass and treble together while the three-position Tight switch adjusts the low end independently.
