Vater American Hickory 2B Wood (VH2BW)

The Vater Hickory 2B Wood Tip Drum Sticks have a length of 16 1/4 and a diameter of 0.635 these drum sticks are slightly longer and heavier than a standard 2B. The sticks are made from hickory which is known to be a very strong wood possessing great acoustic characteristics. Additionally hickory is optimally weight balanced preventing splitting or... morewarping of the sticks. The stick features an oval head that provides a dark warm tone. The extra length and weight of the stick compared to regular 2Bs leans it more towards heavier genres such as rock and metal.
