The extremely durable LP Galaxy Fiberglass Bongos are constructed from fiberglass and are reinforced with Kevlar fiber the same material used in bulletproof vests. This material is twice as strong as steel and although we dont recommend shooting your bongos they provide unbelievable durability while on the road. Furthermore the Galaxy Fiberglass Bongos feature reinforced bearing edges for further strength and durability. The 7 1/4 and 8 5/8 sized bongos are fitted with natural rawhide heads to provide authentic tones and consistency. Fitted with gold-tone 5/16 diameter tuning lugs these bongos offer an extremely comfortable and versatile experience - providing clear tones in any tuning. To top this off these bongos are fitted with LP Comfort Curve II Rims and a stunning black hologram sparkle finish with golden hardware to offer an appearance as solid as its shell.
