Traditionally used to improve skin hydration and to provide a soothing effect when added to water baths or foot baths. One cup of flakes contains about 19 grams of magnesium. Product usage: Foot bath: Soak about 1 cup in 1 gallon of warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Big bath: Dissolve 4 cups in a bathtub of warm water. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flake. Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
