Directions for use: Adults, take 1 capsule once daily with water or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. You can take it with food or on an empty stomach. Other ingredients included: Tapioca starch, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water), silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid (antioxidant). Free from: wheat, gluten, soy,... moredairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Peanuts/nuts, sesame seeds. Caution: Caution: Capsule contents may vary depending on the particle size of the raw material. However, the efficacy is the same. Saccharomyces Boulardii + MOS does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature. Still, storing it in the refrigerator will extend its shelf life.
