D-fraction is the most effective active substance from the Japanese Maitake mushroom, also called the "king of mushrooms" or "his mushroom", with a role in immune balancing.

Properties:
- contains 30% active proteoglucans – 1,3/1,6 beta glucan from PD-Fraction® patented standardized extract; these proteoglycans have a complex structure that includes both polysaccharides with a beta 1,6 main chain and beta 1,3 branches and polysaccharides with a beta 1,3 main chain and beta 1,6 branches; due to this structure, which belongs only to the Maitake mushroom, it has an immune balancing capacity superior to other medicinal mushrooms
- contains powder from the body of the Maitake mushroom, 150mg/capsule
- addition of vitamin C to increase bioavailability and efficiency

Effects and benefits:
Balancing the immune response:
- improves the functions of granulocytes (eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils), macrophages, T lymphocytes, NK cells and dendritic cells, releasing cytokines (interleukins IL-1, IL-2, IL-12, IL-14, IL-18, TNFα, gamma interferon, nitric oxide) with an important role in the destruction of abnormal cells and in reducing the multiplication of viruses
