The Black Diamond Couloir harness is designed for big mountain technical lines, crevasse ski terrain or moderate glacier climbing, the Black Diamond Couloir harness is a full technical harness that shrinks down to the size of an orange and packs easily into a backpack or jacket pocket. Redesigned with a breathable, low-profile Dynex monofilament strap that's ultralight and durable, the Couloir comes with a speed buckle waist with easy-adjust wings and diaper-style leg loops that make it easy to put on and take off skis or crampons. Couloir also includes the patented Infinity Loop for belaying, which is durable, low profile, and eliminates the dreaded belay loop change when the belay loop seam snags. Four Ice Clipper slots with an integrated ice screw slot in each leg loop to reduce squeaking during long approaches and flat glacier trips, and two web gear loops secure cordalettes and other essential gear.
