Once the panels are fixed in place, the Complete Colour Matching Sealant is used for all visible waterproofing and finishing. The installer uses this colour-matched sealant inside the tongue-and-groove joints to create a watertight connection, as well as for sealing corners and finishing any exposed edges where the panel meets a shower tray or ceiling. Hints and Tips for Successful Fitting: Cutting Always cut panels with the decorative face upwards when using a handsaw. When using a jigsaw or circular saw, the decorative face should be facing downwards. Apertures Leave a 2-3mm clearance around pipes or fittings. This gap should be sealed with silicone sealant, even when pipe collars are fitted. Sealing Leave a 3-4mm gap between the bottom of the panel and the shower tray or bath using packers. Seal this gap with silicone once installation is complete. Silicone sealant should also be applied in all corner joints and panel trims. Wall Surfaces Panels can be fixed to most solid, sound surfaces using adhesive. They can also be installed
