Once the panels are fixed in place, the Complete Colour Matching Sealant is used for all visible waterproofing and finishing. The installer uses this colour-matched sealant inside the tongue-and-groove joints to create a watertight connection, as well as for sealing corners and finishing any exposed edges where the panel meets a shower tray or ceiling. Hints and Tips for Successful Fitting: Cutting Always cut panels with the decorative face upwards when using a handsaw. When using a jigsaw or circular saw, the decorative face should be facing downwards. Apertures Leave a 2-3mm clearance around pipes or fittings. This gap should be sealed with silicone sealant, even when pipe collars are fitted. Sealing Leave a 3-4mm gap between the bottom of the panel and the shower tray or bath using packers.
