In a randomized clinical trial, researchers compared a single dose of Quercetin Liposome to regular Quercetin taken orally. The researchers found that Quercetin Liposome could provide 10 times more exposure while taking only 1/5 the dose of regular Quercetin. In other words, Quercetin Liposome provides approximately 50 times greater bioavailability than regular Quercetin. The added cyclodextrin may further enhance the compound’s water solubility and effectiveness. Directions for Use: Take only as directed. Take 1 tablet twice daily with a meal or glass of water.
