The Speckled Tablets Contain essential pregnancy nutrients including choline, methylated folate, and B12, vitamin B6, vitamin D3, iodine, iron, and other easily absorbed chelated minerals. TheraNatal tablets contain no artificial dyes, so the speckled appearance is natural. Spotting over time is normal. White Tablets Contain additional vitamin D3, vitamin B6 to help relieve nausea, and choline, a nutrient important for healthy brain and neural tube development. Softgels Contain 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of ultra-refined omega-3 fish oil EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
