The Novation Circuit Rhythm builds on the design and the success of the Novation Circuit groovebox/synthesizer with this version optimised to work with samples. The Circuit Rhythm provides the ability to incorporate your own samples and manipulate them using chopping resampling and much more. The familiar layout is similar to that of other Circuit grooveboxes with intuitive controls that make it easier than ever to sample and create. The 32 backlit velocity-sensitive pads allow you to create sequence and manipulate your samples with ease. There are also 10 rotary encoders that help you sculpt your sound further including controls for both HP/LP filters as well as Slope Tune Distortion Resonance Sample Length and Sample Start. From the studio to the stage the Circuit Rhythm provides you with Grid FX turning the groovebox into the ultimate performance tool. Using Grid FX you can do everything from beat repeats to vinyl simulation for in-depth sound shaping. Adding to its versatility you can even use the Circuit Rhythm as a standard USB-MIDI controller for working with sounds in your chosen music software. Firmware Version 2.0: A whole host of exciting new features upgrades and enhancements. New Beat Match function allows you to speed up/slow down samples - perfect for processing drum breaks. You can now also record samples that match the BPM of your project via Fixed Length Recording and the Grid FX section is now editable.
