TheEnve Carbon Road 31.8mm Stemhas been crafted to be lightweight, stiff and aesthetically pleasing. This full-carbon fibre road cycling stem will exceed the demands of road, gravel and cyclocross trainers. This stem rounds out the ultimate ENVE cockpit by linking handlebar to fork in order to deliver a ride experience defined by responsive, confidence-inspiring control. The role of the stem is often under-appreciated for the benefits it provides out on the road. The stem plays a key role by connecting your bike to your handlebars and it must manage all the forces that you the rider put into your bike. On the road, the 100% uni-directional carbon body provides a lightweight structure that is torsionally and laterally stiff to ensure positive, confident steering and acceleration inputs. Meanwhile, over rough roads, the carbon fibre laminate helps absorb vibration and reduce hand and upper body fatigue. The cold-forged aluminium faceplate gives a reliably strong grip on the handlebars, which means no slipping and highly responsive steering input. To further reduce weight all stem hardware is constructed from lightweight titanium.
