The Meinl Percussion Maple Bass Cajon is fitted with ultra-sensitive snare wires across the back of the front-plate allowing the player to achieve the softest of finger rolls. It is the perfect cajon for players looking for a crisp responsive instrument that produces an extra deep sound. The maple front-plate has a great touch with a sensitive snare response while the jumbo MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) body develops bass notes giving them a punchy feel. Slightly larger than Meinls standard Cajons the Meinl Maple Bass Snare Cajon achieves optimal low notes across a wide dynamic range. The Meinl Bass Snare Cajon has four sturdy rubber feet on the bottom which stabilize the Cajon on any surface.
