If you have to stop pedalling for any reason, it can be hard to get going again during a high-watt interval due to the low cadences used when pedalling starts. Easy Ramp eases you back in over 10 seconds so power outputs are manageable. There are five points of adjustability, all controlled via the Wahoo Fitness app, and you can mirror the exact geometry of your outdoor bike by inputting bike fit data, or by entering your body measurements.
