Everyday stressors such as poor diet, lack of sleep, mental stress, sunlight and environmental exposure can cause cellular aging. Normally, senescent cells are eliminated by immune cells within a few days to weeks. However, as we age, aged cells accumulate (accumulating exponentially faster after the age of 60) and impair immune function, creating a snowball effect and worsening cellular aging. When aged cells accumulate and persist in the body, they can induce ‘inflammation’, a type of inflammation related to aging, and change the microenvironment of tissues and their functions. Product Usage: Healthy Aging: Take 4 capsules daily for 2 consecutive days each month. Target Inflammation: Take 4 capsules daily consecutively at the beginning of the month and again at the beginning of the month.
