Product Usage: How to refill: For refills, open the dispenser by pulling forward on the tab on the top of the front cover. Remove the old dental floss from the spindle. Feed the floss so that any loose threads come up from the bottom left (turning over if necessary). Insert dental floss into the hole. Lift the front flap and snap it tightly closed. Directions for flossing: 18 inches of floss around approximately 1-2 middle fingers. Pull the floss around the teeth in a 'C' shape and slide it up and down the side of each tooth, even below the gum line. For best results, floss between each tooth, using a fresh section of floss between each tooth. Ingredients: Cocoa butter, microcrystalline (vegan) wax, nano-hydroxyapatite, peppermint oil (Mentha piperita), spearmint (Mentha viridis) leaf oil, anise (Pimpinella anisum) seed extract, potassium chloride, wintergreen (gaultheria procumbens) leaf.
