How to Use: Follow the garment care label for water temperature. Most workout clothes are best washed in cold or warm water and dried on the lowest setting or air dried. Handwash: Place 1 capful in the sink, handwash garments, leave for 15 minutes, rinse. Repeat if strong odors need to be removed and air dry. Washing machine: Place 2-4 capfuls in the drum washing machine or detergent dispenser. Wash on gentle mode. Air dry recommended. Small loads: 2 capsules.
