This ensures that the Keycaps less wobble than conventional mechanical key switches. The Kailh Box Black switches are purely linear, non-tactile switches. They are therefore ideally suited for first-person shooters. A tactile pressure point is not absolutely necessary in this genre, as the keys are often struck in the heat of battle. The Kailh Box Black switches are very close to rubberdome gaming keyboards in terms of their characteristics, but offer much more forgiveness due to the high trigger pressure.
