Get hands-on with music production. The Nektar Aura Beat Composer Pad Controller is a fully mappable USB/MIDI controller. The Aura is capable of full integration with popular DAW programs offering transport editing and more directly from the controller. The included Nektarine 2.0 software can run within DAWs or as a standalone application with full integration with the hardware unit. The Aura provides 16 RGB-lit pressure-sensitive pads and a variety of modes to help streamline your music production. Pad repeat mode takes full advantage of the pressure-sensitive pads using pressure to determine the velocity of drum patterns. In this mode the Aura provides controls for parameters like gate accent interval accent velocity offset swing trigger mode and clock source. The Aura also features sequencer mode where 16 LED buttons can store up to 16 different patterns. These can be launched in any combination with parameters including rate velocity accent gate and swing being user-adjustable.
