An attached headpiece has a hook and loop fastener under the chin to keep it in place when you race off on your scooter. The attached wand on top of the headpiece is also stuffed with fiber to keep it upright, although this wand is better for fashionable effect than for dunking in a bucket of bubble solution. Elastic bands secure the foot covers under your shoes. The attached foam mitts are perfect for waving to friends!
