Read directions carefully before use.Washing the bottle and cap Always wash the Nasopure bottle and cap with clean hands before first use and after each use. Fill the bottle with warm, soapy water, replace the cap and shake several times. Open the cap and squeeze the bottle to force the soapy water out of the cap, completely emptying the bottle. Rinse thoroughly. Always wipe the cap with an alcohol pad after use. Dry the bottle and cap thoroughly. BeWell Health recommends replacing the bottle and cap every 3-6 months.Cleaning Details Nasopure bottles and caps are dishwasher safe, but sterilization is better.
