How to use:

- In the shower, form a lather between your palms and apply to your skin.
- In the bath, put the equivalent of 5 puffs in the bathtub water while the water is running.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel, without rubbing, then apply XeraCalm AD Emollient Balm.
