It is an innovative transport aid suitable for versatile use with many ingenious extra features, such as a drawbar made of solid sheet steel, coated in RAL 9006, which ensures maximum comfort when transporting heavy loads. The first product to combine the outstanding material characteristics of coated panel materials that have been tried and tested in furniture making with the high strength of sturdy MDF panels. MDF (medium density fibreboard) is a high quality wooden material made of fine residual wood fibres that have been gently pressed to form a panel. Both the platform and its bottom are characterised by high weather and light resistance. The heavy duty transport dolly is also extremely robust due to the special coating, resistant to scratching and signs of wear, and particularly hard wearing and easy care. Technology + design A deft drawbar: the drawbar of the STAR CARRIER ECO transport aid is fitted with a pleasant soft-touch grip. Particularly practical: the drawbar can be folded down onto the bottom of the platform to save space when it is transported in a luggage compartment or when the load protrudes beyond the edges. Four transport castors (two fixed castors and two swivel castors) with a high load bearing capacity make comfortable transport of loads up to 200 kg possible on all soft/robust floor surfaces. This combination of castors is ideal for ensuring the dolly runs straight and easily masters corners - an important aspect when transporting heavy loads.
