They offer easy one or two-handed operation with minimum handle opening for large cable diameters. The adjustable high-leverage bolted joint provides precise and smooth cutting. Fitted with VDE multi-component grip. VDE tested up to 10 000V and safe for work up to 1 000V. They conform to DIN EN / IEC 60900. A pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched. NOT suitable for steel-reinforced cables e.g. ACSR.
