Designed for drilling into wood, the brad point tip enables accurate positioning and precise starting. Each drill bit in the set has a standard 1/4" hex shank. This not only stops the drill bit from slipping in a drill chuck but also means they can be used directly in drill drivers which have a 1/4" hex tool holder rather than a jawed chuck.
