Our hybrid cable design consists of fibre optic cables and copper wires. The high-speed TMDS signals are transmitted via the optical multimode fibers while the low-frequency control signals are transmitted via the copper wires. The choice of active optical cables allows a distance of up to 100 m without the signal quality suffering from it or requiring a separate power supply
