It is to be found in Europe, most frequently in the more northerly regions. For our purposes, the wood is briefly heated to a very high temperature. In this process it attains high resistance to water, the grain is accentuated and the wood takes on its brown colour. In order to preserve the naturalness of the surface, however, it is treated only with oil, not lacquered. This provides the wood with perfect protection against water and makes it particularly long-lasting. Without chrome the world would forfeit a lot of its lustre. The material is corrosion-resistant, very long-lasting and has a luxurious, alluring lustre. When contrasted with this, the colours and shapes of other premium materials are shown to their very best advantage. The Brushhead - Synthetic Black Fibre MÜHLE developed this purely vegan quality specially for wet shaving. In their dark colouring and softness the synthetic fibres largely resemble natural hair material of pure badger quality and are also a little softer at the tips. The synthetic fibres possess equally good performance characteristics. At the same time, the fibres prove somewhat sturdier and more durable. Some users prefer this material not only due to its vegan properties, but also because it produces particularly creamy shaving lather. The Razorhead - Classic Razor Blade For generations, the safety razor has been regarded as a stylish classic which can even shave edges with precision. For many, it is the razor par excellence. Its styling is ideally suited to the design of the MÜHLE products. Even if the open blade does demand a little respect at first: After a brief familiarisation period, and guided by a steady hand, it produces a very close shave and a lasting result.
